Our Founder
Founded by Allison Zajaros-Adams, the bakery launched in Cleveland in 2008, with a focus on custom-decorated cookies and traditional favorites found on wedding tables across the Rust Belt—from Pittsburgh to Cleveland. Over time, Allie expanded her offerings to include a variety of handmade desserts, all rooted in regional heritage and nostalgic flavors. Now located in Sharon, PA, the bakery proudly serves the Pittsburgh, Erie, and Cleveland areas, as well as wholesaling nationwide.
Today, the same dedication to heritage, quality, and craft lives on in our artisan bakery. With our expanded operation—we blend traditional baking techniques with a modern spirit of innovation.
